MPS Monitor thought leadership and brand awareness programme
Experts in delivering sales and marketing campaigns to the Managed Print Services sector, Omnis Intelligence was approached by MPS Monitor to develop a series of blogs, by-lines and videos. Our programme was designed to help the company gain more visibility in its target media and create content for its partner-driven marketing activities.
Over 12 months, we developed a series of byline articles that focused on the MPS Monitor’s core offering. We designed our content to deliver genuine value to MPS Monitor’s target audience. Each piece was educational, instructional and, to a great extent, product-neutral. This was a crucial requirement in establishing authority and leadership for the company’s founder and CEO — and critical if the articles were to appear in quality publications or on top ranking websites.
Starting from day one, we worked with MPS Monitor’s senior team to understand and refine the company’s key messages — and match them to the target audience and objective for each piece of content. We established an excellent level of trust with MPS Monitor’s team — delivering time and again with content that was well received by journalists, bloggers, end-users, partners and peers. The articles were developed in succession to take the reader on a journey of discovery and a deep dive into the company’s offering. We struck a delicate balance between delivering strategic analysis, practical, actionable advice, product information, and broader market context.
Although product-neutral, we always designed the content to deliver a definite call to action. Each article encourages prospects to get in touch with the company’s sales team and, for existing customers, reinforces brand confidence and their decision to select MPS Monitor.
As part of our work, we also produced a series of videos for use on MPS Monitor’s website and for seeding across several social media channels, including YouTube and Facebook. In addition, we created content for several webpages and landing pages to support new product launches, services and partner projects. In our most ambitious and far-reaching project, we wrote a 5,000-word print security whitepaper, which now forms a significant part of MPS Monitor’s brand positioning and thought-leadership work.
