The Challenge

Some of the organisations that now make up Asolvi date back up to 30 years and each had an established brand and reputation within its particular national and vertical market. In some cases, the company acquired was different from its main product. The name Asolvi was only adopted in 2018 as an umbrella under which each of the specific products could sit, so Asolvi was a totally new name in the marketplace. The challenge was to establish Asolvi in its chosen vertical markets – copy/print and fire & security – whilst also retaining the individual product identities that were already well established.

The Omnis Solution

First of all, Asolvi needs a bold, consistent and recognisable brand. Utilising its strong design capabilities, Omnis created a fresh Asolvi brand, building on its Nordic heritage. This was then carried through into the creation of new branding for each of the individual software solutions which were branded as being “…by Asolvi” keeping a solid link to the well-known and respected solution names with the Asolvi brand. Each individual company had its own website, so it was important for Asolvi to have its own site which reinforced the brand and its image, whilst also providing a logical "home" for each solution.

The resulting website (www.asolvi.com) provides a striking showcase for Asolvi and its solutions. The subsequent launch of www.asolvi.de helped to maintain the brand’s image in one of its largest markets – the DACH region. It was also important to maintain a regular flow of relevant, useful and, above all, interesting information to new and existing customers.

The Result

Marrying together its data and design skills, Omnis has also created a suite of regular communications vehicles to enable Asolvi to communicate regularly with customers and prospects alike.
